SHIPPING POLICY:

Citrusautoparts ships from various warehouse locations in North America. We are committed to sending your parts out within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays (All orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped on next business day). The approximate shipping time is 3-7 business days. We will provide the UPS tracking number after your order is processed and will advise the approximate arrival date to your door. 

Citrusautoparts offers free shipping for physical addresses in 48 states of USA excluding Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, P.O. Box. We currently do not offer Express services.

WARRANTY POLICY:

·         We stand behind every wheel hub and wheel bearings we sell.

·         All wheel hubs and wheel bearings come with 12 months warranty from the date of shipping.

·         We will replace the defective parts, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer returns the original item at his/her own shipping cost. The replacement continues to carry the remaining warranty period but does not extend beyond the original warranty period.

·         For warranty replacement items and only for warranty replacement items, we will refund the purchase price if the replacement is not available, or if the buyer prefers a refund and sends the original item back at his/her own cost.

·         If wheel hubs and wheel bearings are returned for a reason other than warranty, it is subject to 15% re-stocking fee.

·         No reimbursement will be given for shipping delays, labor, mileage, causing damages or other costs involved in installation or re-installation of wheel hubs and wheel bearings.

·         Warranty and shipping related claims require verification – do not dispose parts until instructed.

·         To file a warranty claim, customers are required to submit their information by email or eBay message. All warranty claims require a copy of your original purchase receipt and images of the warranted parts.

·         If the wheel hubs or wheel bearings are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days from date of receipt, providing a picture of the damaged part. Keep the box and part for us to file the claim with carriers. 

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

·         Are in original condition

·         Have not been installed or disassembled

Citrusautoparts only accepts returns and refunds your purchases with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Citrusautoparts. Please contact Citrusautoparts for the RMA number via eBay messaging. Citrusautoparts will evaluate the return request and issue RMA numbers accordingly.  Some returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee and return shipping charge. Citrusautoparts will generate a prepaid UPS return label and email you. Please print out the label and put it on your return package, drop them off to any UPS stores or service locations. The return package must be well packed. Any cost of damage during return shipping will be charged to the sender.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT USING OUR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

USE WITH CAUTION:

Please inspect all times before you receive your ordered hubs and bearings from Citrusautoparts. Warranty period begins on the date of shipment.

Do not use an impact wrench to install wheel hubs and wheel bearings because it may damage the parts. Please ONLY use a torque wrench. Please use the correct axle torque spec and installation procedure STRICTLY.

Do not attempt to disassemble the product. Components may be damaged. Warranty will be void if the product is disassembled.
