Honda designers talk about Tokyo concepts

With the Tokyo motor show now firmly in our rear view mirrors, Honda has made us aware of a new addition to its website that highlights the numerous concepts the Japanese company had on show at the exhibition. Answering the question: ‘ What makes people feel good?' Honda designers take us through each of the seven concepts showcased at the Tokyo show, including the RC-E electric motorcycle; E-Canopy three-wheeled scooter; MotorCompo folding scooter; TownWalker mobility vehicle; AC-X show car; Micro Commuter Concept and the EV-Ster electric roadster. Senate approves tax break for auto loan interest

The U.S. Senate voted on Monday to make loan interest and sales taxes on vehicle purchases deductible from federal income taxes. The proposal, championed by the National Automobile Dealers Association, was added to an economic stimulus bill under debate in the Senate.

The Infiniti Emerg-E will debut at Geneva 2012 The Infiniti Emerg-E – an electric sports car with a range extender engine – will debut as a concept at the Geneva Motor Show. Infiniti has been teasing the new range extender concept sport car they are taking to Geneva for the last month or so, with the usual teaser photos and dearth of real detail. But now we know a bit more, but at least we now know what it’s called – the Infiniti Emerg-E.
