 This listing is for ONE (1) used OEM "derby" center cap used on numerous Chevy passenger vehicles from approx 1968-1977.  Common applications included the Corvette, Nova, Camaro, and Chevelle.   This cap is in pretty good condition for its age with only cosmetic signs of age and use.  Stainless ring is in good shape for its age.  The center cone has a scuff at the top near the lettering (see photo #3).  Cap has not and will not be cleaned prior to shipment.  Cap will be sent out EXACTLY as you see it now.  This is a VINTAGE original and the buyer should consider restoring it if he/she plans to use it on anything nicer than a daily driver or as a spare.  Photos are of the exact item youre buying.  PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY.  This item is being sold AS-IS with no returns, no refunds and no exchanges.  PLEASE PURCHASE ACCORDINGLY!  Thanks for looking!

2015 Land Rover Defender delayed – creating the absolute dog’s danglers will take longer

Recently, we reported  Land Rover’s design director Gerry McGovern saying of the 2015 Land Rover Defender  “This car will be the bollocks, I assure you. The absolute dog’s bollocks.” But it seems that creating the absolute dog’s danglers is going to take a bit longer than planned. Autocar are reporting that John Edwards – Land Rover’s Global Brand Director – has said the new Defender will not be going in to production in 2015 as planned, although Land Rover are planning to scrap the current Defender then as it will no longer meet emissions regulations.

Mercedes GLA Concept leaks ahead of Shanghai Motor Show debut

But ahead of a debut of the production ready GLA at Frankfurt, Mercedes are taking a GLA Concept – which is pretty much what the production version will be – to the Shanghai Motor Show this month. But it’s arrived early. Thanks to a German website publishing the pictures ahead of time (which they’ve subsequently removed) we get our first look at Mercedes latest addition to the A Class family – and it does look quite convincing.

Reports out of Europe have Fiat considering selling a big chunk of Ferrari S.p.A. to raise cash so it can increase its stake in Chrysler Group to 51 percent. The Italian newspaper Il Corriere della Sera said it has gathered information at Fiat’s Turin headquarters and reported Fiat wants to raise cash to fund buying 51 percent of Chrysler, up from the 20 percent it owns now.
