Design Contest: Stile Italiano Giovani 2008

The Association of the Automotive Industry (ANFIA) Italian Car Coachbuilders Group last month announced the results of the ‘Stile Italiano Giovani 2008' design competition. Open to non-professional car designers and design students worldwide, the competition - which began in May 2008 - culminated in a collection of 20 designs selected by a jury composed of representatives from leading Italian coachbuilders. New GM chairman Whitacre to be featured in TV ad campaign

General Motors Co. will launch a broad post-bankruptcy advertising campaign next week with an introductory TV spot featuring new Chairman Ed Whitacre, sources familiar with the plan said on Wednesday. The ad is expected to last 60 seconds and was created by the ad agency McCann-Erickson Worldwide.

But economy and emissions don’t seem to suffer with the EVO managing 47mpg and emissions of 142g/km.
