PCD Variation Bolt By utilizing a PCD variation lug bolt (or commonly known as a wobble bolt), you are able to safely mount any wheel with a PCD that is within 2.4mm of your vehicle PCD. Each bolt is fitted with a mobile conical washer which keeps the bolts axis perpendicular to the car flange while allowing radial displacement and a consequent PCD variation. For example, you are able to use a wheel with a PCD of 4x98 on a vehicle hub that has a PCD of 4x100, or a wheel with a PCD of 4x100 on a vehicle hub that as a PCD of 4x98. London cabbies in go-slow protest

The Cabbies Against Boris (CAB) organisation says Mr Johnson is wrong to have scrapped older taxis on pollution grounds.
