1955-1956 Chrysler Desoto Fireflite Front Grille Header Panel And Trim. on 2040-parts.com
UNITED STATES, US
This auction is for one Front Grille Header Panel off a 1956 Desoto fireflite.
The panel has some mild surface rust on front and just surface rust on the back.
It is very straight and in good condition.
Included on the panel is the very hard to find top trim that is in good condition and the lower trim that goes over the top of the grill, the lower trim is in very good condition and would be able to bring back to show quality with very little work.
There is some very mild pitting and scratches on the top trim and it would need to be replated, also the emblem in the middle has degraded and is not useable.
The panel has the original Desoto lettering still attached and this alone is hard to find.
I have posted photos so please look carefully, this is an original item.
All together this is a collection of hard to find parts sold as one item.

Tue, 22 Dec 2009By Nargess Shahmanesh Banks Motor Industry 22 December 2009 12:30 Chris Bangle is a hard act to follow, even for Chris Bangle. Like him or loath him, the former BMW design director is one of the most famous car designers of our times, recognised for shaking the established status quo with his ‘flame surfacing’ and his radical take on car design. Then in March 2009, after 16 solid years, Bangle announced his retirement from the Bavarian brand and – seemingly – car design.
Audi Q3: Driving and walk-round video
Thu, 14 Apr 2011Audi Q3 on the move It was a very long time coming, but Audi managed to deliver up information and photos on the Q3 yesterday ahead of a launch at the Shanghai Motor Show next week. But despite the big photo gallery of the Q3 – more than 30 images and three models – there’s nothing like seeing a car on the move to get a proper idea of what it’s about. So when Audi stumped up the video below we thought it worth a look.
