 This is a new set of 4 WHITE after market seat belts . Mounting hardware is included.  . They are a push button design like many seat belts of the 1960's and 1970's. The star burst label serves as the push button to open the belts. The buckle is approximately 1 1/2 inches square. If you have checked into restored  Classic Mustang seat belts then you know you can easily spend $400 to $500 for a fully restored set of 4. These new seat belts can be purchased for a fraction of that cost and they look great. Although they are not original in appearance to Classic Mustangs they are attractive. There are plenty of places to invest money into your Classic Mustang.
