Thu, 08 Mar 2012The Bentley SUV EXP 9 F arrives at Geneva Bentley has sent us video explaining the EXP 9 F SUV Concept, and we’ve talked to UK owners and dealers about the new SUV. There’s no doubt Bentley are serious about producing the EXP 9 F – or a variation of it – as Bentley’s first SUV (but perhaps not their first ‘Truck’) simply because the market demands it. But the EXP 9 F that arrived at Geneva this week really wasn’t what anyone was expecting; it seems to have the nose of the Mulsanne bolted on to a very square body with a big hatch at the back and looks more like a truck than a sporty or luxury SUV.
Aston Martin Vanquish Volante revealed
Wed, 19 Jun 2013Aston Martin has unveiled the Vanquish Volante -- a new luxury sports car bringing open-top motoring to the super GT class. Alongside the Vanquish coupe the new convertible tops the British sports car maker's lineup and has all the coupe's features. There's the coupe's 6.0-liter V12 engine and thus the same performance figures, including a top speed of 183 mph.
Lamborghini reveals 2011's new V12 supercar engine
Mon, 15 Nov 2010Lamborghini today announced the first details of its new V12 engine and transmission, which Lamborghini president and CEO Stephan Winkelmann promises will be 'the strong heart of the Murcielago successor next year.' It's to be the first clean-sheet Lamborghini engine since the original V12 first appeared in the 350GT, nearly 50 years ago. Lamborghini is keen to promote the low weight yet high performance of the new V12, which produces 700bhp yet tips the scales at only 235kg. Sant'Agata has also announced a new transmission for the Murcielago successor.
