The 2" x 27' ratchet straps are designed to secure heavy loads to semis, flatbeds, box trucks, and more. The straps have a break strength of 4,400 pounds and a working load limit of 1,467 lbs. When securing sharp objects, cushioning should always be used to prevent frays or rips to any ratchet strap. An S-hook makes securing objects easier when access to anchor points are tight or limited. The flat shape of the S-hook makes securing object easier by fitting into the hard-to-reach anchor points while the J-hook counterpart may be too bulky to fit into tight areas or anchor points. An Army green powder coat is applied to the metal ratchet while the end S-hooks are wrapped in a protective vinyl coating. The 2" wide Army green ratchet straps are sold in pairs.
