Up for bid is a pair (2) of original Pontiac Gran Prix OEM 14” hub caps for 1978 – 1979 vehicles. They may also fit 1980 – 1981 Gran Prix vehicles as PICs of these caps on the Internet look very similar – but I was not able to confirm this fact. The caps are in great condition with no major dents or scraps, just normal signs of use and wear from age (see PIC). They look pretty nice after a wash in soapy water, but could use a little polish and TLC to make them shine. I’m listing these as being for a 1978 – 1979 Pontiac Gran Prix based on the information I received from the seller and my research on the Internet, as I have no personal knowledge about what these caps may or may not fit. Hubcap wholesalers ask up to $90.00 each for caps for these years, so here’s a chance for you to get an extra cap or complete your set for much less than that. Feel free to ask any questions or request more PICs – I’m always willing to help find those hard to locate parts. Buyer will pay a shipping fee for USPS Parcel Post Mail with delivery confirmation based on your location – Canada residents shipping charges will be based on International Priority mail as parcel post service is not available. Payments by personal check will ship 5 business days after payment received. Payments by Paypal will ship 2nd business day after payment confirmation received. Worldwide shipping also available - please e-mail me for a shipping quote before bidding. Good luck bidding !!!

Unfortunately, because of economic circumstances, the car was sold before completion, seemingly putting an end to their shared dream.

Mazda's redesigned Mazda6 (known as the Mazda Atenza in Japan) will make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. The new car is an evolution of the original model's front face, bringing forward modern design elements and smoothing out the features for a more streamlined and aerodynamic look. With pronounced front wheel arches and simple shut lines, the car continues along Mazda's styling theme first seen on the Mazda2.

'James Bond' Aston Martin to be auctioned

Wed, 16 Oct 2013

THE ASTON Martin most closely associated with James Bond is to go to auction next month. The DB5, an example of which featured in 1964’s movie Goldfinger, where it was driven by Sean Connery’s Bond, is perhaps the most recognisable ‘Bond car’. The car featured again more recently, this time with Daniel Craig’s Bond behind the wheel in the blockbuster Skyfall.
