1. When you get the tires, inspect them carefully. DO NOT install them until you have inspected them for damage. I will not honor a refund if you install the tires.
2. After you or your mechanic have inspected the tires and are NOT satisfied, contact me through ebay immediately.
3. Give me the name and phone number of the shop and the name of the supervisor.
4. After verifying your claim, I will issue your refund.
5. These guidelines are the ONLY way I will honor your claim. I have never had a dissatisfied customer with tire sales when these guidelines are followed.
Shipping
Shipping costs are now off the charts especially for my west coast customers.
It is no longer cost effective for me to offer free shipping to the west of the Mississippi.
I charge actual shipping charges on the weight of the tires so only the east side of the country will see shipping costs that make it worthwhile to buy my tires. My apologies to my brothers out west.

Tue, 08 Jul 2014MOST MEN enjoy a good Haynes car manual, whether they really understand it or not, but a group of youngsters has used the workshop guides to achieve their first qualifications in car mechanics. The first wave of the Haynes Mechanix scheme has seen a mixed gender youth club group, aged 15-25 and from Islington in London, use Haynes manuals along with guidance from experienced mentors to fix real problems on a real car. The donor Volkswagen, known as Percy the Polo, was a theoretical MOT fail and needed replacement spark plugs, a brake fluid replacement and much more, to give the aspiring tinkerers a broad spectrum of challenges.
