2013 Lexus LS – first official photo
Fri, 27 Jul 2012The 2013 Lexus LS is due to be revealed on Monday but Lexus has already revealed the first official photo of the new LS. We reported earlier this month that the new 2013 Lexus LS was on the way – including an LS F Sport version - and that Lexus would be revealing their new flagship on 30th July. But hot on the heels of a couple of leaked photos of the new LS, Lexus has decided to be pragmatic and release an official first image of the 2013 LS ahead of the official reveal next week.
New 2015 Skoda Fabia revealed – well, sort of
Thu, 17 Jul 2014The design sketch of the 2015 Skoda Fabia We’re not entirely sure we can consider the design sketch of the new Skoda Fabia (above) as a reveal of Skoda’s supermini, but it is a clue to what we can expect when the new Fabia arrives in the coming weeks. Skoda tell us that the new Fabia will be taking its design cues from the Vision C Concept we saw at Geneva – and the new Octavia – and that is a new direction for Skoda with added width and a flatter body creating, say Skoda, more harmonious proportions. Of course, the design sketch of the new Fabia has the usual artistic license to make it more dynamic than the reality will be, with the end product when it arrives likely to look much like a smaller version of Skoda’s latest efforts.
Tesla Roadster Sport announced
Sun, 11 Jan 2009The Tesla Roadster Sport will be available from the summer, for around €112K, and claims a 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds, a 0.2 improvement on the existing Tesla Roadster. The extra power comes from fiddling with the stator in the motor and an increased winding density for less resistance (I’m sure that must make sense if you understand Electric Motors – I’m still stuck on the internal combustion engine – must keep up!). The Tesla Roadster Sport also gets Yokohama Ultra High Performance tyres and some suspension tweaks.
