Decals measure 3" tall We use transfer tape that is "paper" tape and medium level tack (stickiness). this is so it doesn't stick too much to the vinyl and make it harder to apply the sticker. The transfer tape does not make a difference in the sticker appearance. This is not a bumper sticker. You can apply the decal to smooth and CLEAN surfaces. it's super important that the surface you are applying the decal to is clean and it is highly recommended that you do not clean the surface with a chemical such as windex.
