You are bidding on a set of (4) 00 COUGAR OEM WHEEL CENTER CAPS 98BG-1000-BA 02 01 99 77871.  I am selling these because I ordered the wrong items, so please read carefully.  These caps are basically the smaller ones that go on the inside of the larger wheel center caps.  So, basically, if you do not currently have these on your Mercury Cougar, they will not fit.  They measure 2 1/2" across in diameter.  (1) of them is in very good condition; (2) of them are in good condition; and (1) is in average condition with some outside cracking of the plastic.  If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.  Thanks.
