Chevrolet Cruze Estate: The Cruze Station Wagon arrives

It's a Chevy Estate - the new Chevrolet Cruze SW The first photo of the Chevrolet Cruze Station Wagon – the Cruze Estate – has been revealed ahead of a launch at next month’s Geneva Motor Show. Smallish Estate cars are not exactly something that floats the average American car buyer’s boat. But it’s a different story in Europe, which explains why GM has decided to bolt a small shed on the back of the Cruze to deliver the Chevrolet Cruze Station Wagon for us ‘Old Continent’ car buyers.

Mercedes AMG GT & GT S OFFICIALLY revealed

The Mercedes AMG GT officially revealed It seems to have taken forever for the Mercedes AMG Gt to arrive, and now it has we get not one but two variations- the AMG GT and AMG GT S. Effectively replacing the SLS AMG at the top of Mercedes sporting line-up, the AMG GT isn’t as ‘super’ a Supercar – certainly not in terms of prices – as the old SLS AMG. In fact, although Mercedes are yet to confirm prices, we’re expecting the AMG GT to start at under £100,000 (just) and the AMG GT S to be £10k or so more.

Range Rover Evoque Convertible NOT going in to production. Thankfully.

It seems Land Rover is having second thoughts about making the Range Rover Evoque Convertible – shown at Geneva 2012 – in to a production model. But the one model we really couldn’t find a lot of positives in was the Range Rover Evoque Convertible – which arrived as a concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show – looking like the ultimate statement of Chav central for Tango’d ‘Ladies’ who lunch, from Brentwood via Surrey and up to Cheshire. We understood Land Rover’s impetus – they thought there’d be a market for a drop-top Evoque – but it really was a step too far for Land Rover to go.
