Tue, 24 Jun 2014

GM's new design director of user experience, David Townsend, has only been in the job just over a month. After graduating from Art Center with a degree in transportation design, Townsend interned for Toyota but soon moved to Motorola, where he developed wearable Bluetooth technology and designed the familiar headsets worn by coaches in the NFL.

New Kia Flagship Showroom in West London

Mon, 10 Dec 2012

With Kia sales growing strongly in the UK, Kia are building a new flagship showroom in West London next to the A4 and M4. The new Kia showroom – which will sit alongside the A4 and M4 in Brentford, key car showroom territory – will consist of four floors, a curved facade with a ‘floating’ upper showroom with multi-level parking for visitors, and extend to a rather large 41,237 sq ft.

Those figures saw the output of the 1.6 litre lump in the JCW rise to 215bhp and, surprisingly, managed to come in with economy figures for the JCW Countryman that were much the same as the rest of the JCW range.
