This is a set of four (4) professionally refurbished OEM Genuine Honda Keihin fuel injectors # 06164-P0F-000, or for cross reference purposes SMP # FJ265.
These are the hard to find Honda Factory 345 cc/min High performance fuel injectors.
This is a flow matched set.
The Four cylinders of the injector bench testing unit in the picture above are the actual flow test results from this set of OEM Honda injectors - they flow matched at just 2 % ( awesome ) !!! A flow matching set of injectors should all be flowing within 5% of each other ( industry standard ) for proper engine performance, power, smooth idling and smooth throttle response during acceleration.
These injectors performed flawlessly during all the performance tests in the computerized fuel injector bench testing unit.
These injectors come complete with all new upper o-rings, new upper grommets, new lower seals, and most importantly, new internal microfilters. They are ready to install. Why take a chance on untested used fuel injectors that may have crud filled internal filters, old hardened o-rings, or a bad coil ??
These injectors show normal signs of their previous service, and have cosmetic stains and nicks in the metal and the plastic.
These Refurbished injectors have been ultrasonically cleaned, back-flushed, flow tested, lubricated, and are 100% ready to be put into service.
All of the injectors I sell are fully tested and are guaranteed to perform like new.
Genuine Honda OEM fuel injectors are made by Keihin, and by IPT (Indiana Precision Technologies), a division of Keihin. The numbers / letters stamped on the side of the injectors' plastic body are not the injector number, but are the manufacture date and batch code. Honda Keihin and IPT injectors are identified by their plastic discharge cap color, paint markings ( if any ), and connector type. The plastic discharge caps are Blue Green plastic ( stained dark from their prior use ). There are Blue paint markings ( also yellow and white ). The connector type is OBD 1 and OBD 0. These Blue Green Tip Honda Keihin injectors are spec at 345 cc/ min, and are 2.5 ohm injectors ( low impedance / peak and hold ). Just make sure that you are replacing low impedance injectors - your car will have a Resistor Pack feeding power to the injectors if your car is set up for low impedance injectors. Replace them in a complete matching set, or make sure that the individual injector you are replacing has the same resistance and has the exact same color plastic discharge cap color !!
- Blue Green plastic discharge caps ( stained Dark from prior use ).
- Faded Blue, yellow, and white paint markings on these Keihin injectors.
- 2.5 ohm (approximate), Low impedance
- OBD 1 and OBD 0 style connector
- 345 cc/min for High performance applications.

Outside of ebay I run a Fuel Injection Refurbishing business called Injector Repair LLC. Getting your own vehicles' fuel injectors refurbished, or buying a complete set of refurbished and flow matched fuel injectors are great ways to save a ton of money vs. buying brand new injectors at $70 TO $150 FOR EACH NEW INJECTOR. Genuine OEM Fuel Injectors are designed to outlast your engine, and should last way more than 300,000 to 500,000 miles. They usually only fail to perform when they get clogged ( a bad side effect of ethanol, or a bad batch of contaminated gas ), or when the injectors internal coil winding fails ( happens, but rarely ). OEM injectors that are factory original are far superior in quality than the aftermarket injectors sold by the big name aftermarket suppliers. They may look the same, but they are definitely not the same quality as OE brands like Bosch, Delphi, Denso, IPT, JECS, Keihin, Rochester, Siemens Deka, and Weber.
Each fuel injector is;
- externally cleaned
- resistance checked
- parts ( including internal filter ) are removed
- the injectors are ultrasonically cleaned while being computer driven
- injectors are back-flushed
- Then the injectors parts are replaced with new high quality o-rings, plastic caps ( when needed ), and the internal injector microfilter.
- The set of injectors are then flow tested on a computerized fuel injector bench testing unit and evaluated for leak down, flow volume and spray pattern. In order to pass, the injectors have to not leak when closed under full pressure, and they have to have the proper spray pattern and the proper flow volume when tested under a number of different scenarios. They are subjected to multiple tests and are tested; At Static condition (wide Open), 3 millisecond pulse width, 6 millisecond pulse width, 12 millisecond pulse width, and are tested at various RPM.'s. These tests insure that the injectors are performing correctly under all conditions, and will detect a faulty injector coil that may have passed a resistance check.
This set performed beyond excellent, and flow matched at just 2 % !!!!
