Jaguar F-Type leaks again – more photos
Tue, 25 Sep 2012The 2013 Jaguar F-Type is due to be revealed in two days at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, but ahead of that we have a full set of photos. Last week we had theĀ firstĀ leak of a Jaguar F-Type photo (quickly followed by an official version of the same photo from Jaguar), and this morning we have a full set of photos of the new F-Type, courtesy of Teamspeed. What we get this time is the F-Type on the road, and a shot of the F-Type’s interior too – which looks very ‘modern’ Jaguar.
Jaguar F-Type R Coupe unveiled!
Tue, 19 Nov 2013When Ian Callum speaks design, it doesn't feel entirely like he's speaking from a teleprompter, listlessly reading from a speech carefully combed over and picked apart by public relations professionals. No, Callum -- 59, and broadly Scottish -- speaks like an old, tenured college professor, a living institution at an institution, as if he's trying to inspire a troubled student. "Cmon," he seems to tell us, "this is how it's done." For Callum, the F-Type Coupe has been an "emotional journey" since he started 15 years ago at Jaguar.
Who the hell is Rory Carroll, and what is he doing to your autoweek.com?
Mon, 19 Mar 2012My name is Rory Carroll, and as of this week, my full-time job is to be hopelessly obsessed with cars, and to share that obsession with you, the readers of autoweek.com. For whatever reason, I have more or less always believed that making a career writing about cars wasn't quite a realistic-enough option to pursue. It made a lot more sense to go to law school, (or in my case put law school off while getting wrapped up in the sometimes-exciting world of politics).
