This manual is loaded with repair information and specifications for 25 imported model cars of the era, and covers years 1982-1986. These older manuals contain a lot more general information compared to the newer specific repair manuals of later years. This manual contains Application Charts, Carburetor Section, Computerized Engine Controls, Distributor Specifications, Engine Compartment Reference Diagrams, Fuel Injection Section, Ignition System Section, Tune –Up Specifications, Vacuum Hose Routing, and More. This manual is in very nice shape for being over 25 years old, shows only normal wear and usage. This is a huge manual with over 1000 pages of information. This manual covers 25 of the most popular imported cars of the era like; Audi, BMW, Datsun-Nissan, Honda, Isuzu, Jaguar, Porsche, All pages are clear to read and in overall nice shape. These Professional Mechanics Edition Manuals were very expensive when new, costing upwards of $200.00 in 1986. These ARE NOT the manuals that were sold to the general public; these were sold to professional mechanics.

Guzzler program still operating; White House searches for funds
Fri, 31 Jul 2009The federal cash-for-guzzlers program continues to operate this morning despite dealer reports that it was to be suspended at midnight last night because it was approaching its $1 billion limit. "It is not suspended," a White House spokeswoman, who asked not to be named, said in an interview today. "We continue to assess the program and its budget." National Automobile Dealers Association spokesman Bailey Wood said Thursday that the group had been told by Transportation Department officials of plans to suspend the program after just six days.
