BMW seared into consumer minds: New ad technology takes ‘branding' to another level

How about this for subtlety in advertising? BMW is using flashing lights to “burn” its initials into your brain so that when you close your eyes, you'll continue to see the Bavarian company's brand. Which begs the question: Is there a better way to remember a company than to have a light-induced seizure episode?

Lamborghini Aventador

A clear evolution of both the Murcielago and the Reventon, the Aventador dissapointed and wowed in equal measure at its unveiling. Showcasing Lamborghini's newfound love for carbon fiber as well as an exhaustive list of new technologies for their road cars – such as a pushrod suspension – the Aventador certainly has a supercar-style spec sheet. World’s best-selling roadster returns

MAZDA has released details on the brand-new fourth generation MX-5, already the best selling roadster of all time. Launched simultaneously at events in Barcelona, Japan and the USA, the fourth-generation MX-5 is the first to benefit from Mazda’s SkyActiv efficient technology. That means a frugal but powerful petrol engine and a substantial weight saving of 100kg over the previous generation.
