Well-used shop manual from HP Books covers repair and tune-up of Rochester Carburetors, one, two, and four barrels, as well as fuel delivery principle and theory. Covers performance and manifold selection as well. Edge and spine wear as shown, some creasing at the corners, some staining and soiling of the pages around the edges. Has a corner torn out of the back cover. Pages are intact, slight separation of the spine as shown in photo #7. Still usable, and full of hundreds of diagrams, spec charts, photos, and exploded views to aid in the repair and restoration of most Rochester Carburetors. Copyright 1973, 296 pages. New MINI Paceman highlighted on video
Sat, 15 Sep 2012With the production version of the MINI Paceman now revealed, MINI has produced a couple of videos to show off its new Coupe. The new MINI Paceman, the Coupe version of the MINI Countryman and MINI’s answer to the Range Rover Evoque, was revealed earlier this week before heading off to thye 2012 Paris Motor Show. And although MINI did manage to produce a whole heap of photos of the new Paceman, there’s nothing quite like a video or two to get proper perspective.
LG seeks a ban on BMW & Audi imports to Korea

We’ve seen ongoing spats between Google, Apple, Samsung and HTC, and now we hear that LG Electronics is seeking a ban on imports of Audi and BMW cars to Korea over an LED patent dispute with Siemans Osram. LG Electronics has already demanded a ban on imports of LED products from Siemans Osram, and is now stepping up the pressure by demanding that Audi and BMW cars featuring Osram LED lights be banned.
Jaguar signs up Lana Del Rey to make the F-Type cool
Sat, 25 Aug 2012Jaguar has revealed it has signed up singer songwriter Lana Del Rey to help promote the new F-Type sports car. Land Rover chose to use Mrs Beckham to promote the Range Rover Evoque, and went as far as allowing her input in a limited edition Evoque Beckham, a move that probably generated more column inches of PR for Land Rover than any amount of money could buy. So Jaguar are going a similar way with the F-Type, but instead of signing a Spice Girl they’ve had the sense to look at what is new and cool, and they’ve very sensibly decided the face of the F-Type is going to be singer songwriter Lana Del Rey.
