Up for a Buy it Now is a near factory perfect dash bezel for 1998 through 2004 Chevy Blazer 4X4, GMC JIMMY 4X4, Olds Bravada 4X4, S-10 and Sonoma pickups with 4 wheel drive. This bezel is very clean and was removed with care at the factory mounting points, the vent slats all work smoothly and are not broken, all of the mounting snap tabs are present. This bezel is very hard to find in this good of condition! This bezel is out of a super clean 2000 GMC JIMMY that had only 96,000 miles on it, vehicle was a Police impound and auction off. Sat, 23 Mar 2013The Ford FF1 – a single-seat, road-legal track car powered by Ford’ 1.0 litre EcoBoost engine – will get a public debut at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Ford built the FF1 as a showcase for the abilities of its little 1.0 litre, 3-cylinder EcoBoost engine, and it’s more than proved the point that modern 3-cylinder engines with small displacements and a bit of forced induction can be very appealing. In standard trim the FF1 produces 123 horses, but suitably tweaked to deliver a more fulsome 202 horses the FF1 took on the Nurburgring and managed to turn in a time of just 7:22 – quicker than a Zonda F, Enzo Ferrari, Nissan GT-R and 911 GT2 RS.
Autoweek contributor Patrick Paternie dead at age 65
Mon, 12 Mar 2012Longtime Autoweek contributor Patrick C. Paternie, who shared his love of cars with readers for 12 years at this publication and for 25 years with other magazines and in his many books, died on March 10 at age 65. Paternie had just finished a race in his Porsche 911 at Willow Springs and pulled into his pit area when he suffered a heart attack.
