 If you have a 2002 Ram 2500 or 3500, this motor will probably work. You most likely have this style and not the newer style . Please confirm before ordering.
I have replacement motors for the newer style listed on Ebay.

This is a brand new up/down vertical replacement motor for 98-02 Dodge Ram truck with power seats. It will bolt in to replace your factory unit. You'll have to splice in the provided pigtail wire into your existing harness.  This is not an used motor, but a brand new conversion kit.

Instructions are provided with the kit.

The Ferrari 250 GTO #3851 GT makes ‘just’ $38 million Last month, we reported that a Ferrari 250 GTO was due to hit the auction room at Bonhams Quail Lodge sale and was expected to hit a massive record price, with estimates ranging from $60-100 million. On that basis, the sale was a complete failure. In fact, the 250 GTO – previously owned by Fabrizio Violati – managed to reach a relatively paltry $38.1 million (£22.8 million), with the actual price (before buyers premium) ‘just’ $34.6 million (£20.7 million).

General Motors board recommends selling Opel to Magna-led group

General Motors Co.'s board has decided to support selling a majority stake in Opel to a group led by Canadian auto parts giant Magna. The move caps weeks of high-stakes maneuvering on both sides of the Atlantic that saw nationalism, labor issues and--perhaps most critical to GM, the use of its technology--all come into play. Magna and Russian lender Sberbank will get a 55 percent interest in Opel, the linchpin of GM's European operations for 80 years, as well as its British sister brand Vauxhall.
