The 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan got the first-ever Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Top Safety Pick for a rear-wheel drive luxury sedan. It's also the first RWD luxury sedan to earn a “Good” rating in the small overlap crash test. The ranking applies to Genesis sedans equipped with the optional front crash-prevention feature.

Nissan recalls Altima sedan for suspension fix

Nissan is recalling about 20,000 Altima sedans from the 2011 and 2012 model years to fix a transverse link bolt that might not have been torqued to the proper specification. Altimas built between April 25 and June 10 at the Canton, Miss., plant are affected by the recall. The bolt could come loose while the vehicle is being driven.
