This is a strong pair of professional grade side cutters marked ARM  RC-8 They were made in Japan. They have red safety sure grip handle covers. The jaws are sharp and clean with no nicks or corrosion. They come with a riveted and stitched leather holster which attaches to your belt This set looks like it was bought for a one time use by a home owner. Then thrown in a drawer and forgotten. I purchased it at a estate auction. size is 7 1/2" long and weighs close to a pound. I can find only a few scuffs anywhere  no rust, cracks ,corrosion or discoloration  I can't say they are new as I purchased them from a used tool auction but in my opinion they sure look fresh to me.   please see all pics and thanks for looking.

Okay, so it's not the most radical car Renault has ever produced, but it does usher in some interesting developments from La RĂ©gie, as it chases down the new Ford Mondeo and forthcoming Vauxhall Vectra. For starters, the Laguna is the latest car to be lighter than the model it replaces; despite being longer, wider and taller, it's an average 15kg skinnier across the range, which should boost performance, economy and emissions.
