This is a pair of new door pull straps installed on Avantis from 1970-1984 . They were also sold by Avanti Motor Corp. to be installed on 1965-1969 Avantis. They were not installed by Studebkaer on the 1963-1964 Avantis.
This pair is NOS and VERY RARE !
They are black vinyl with top stitching.
They were installed in their original form, black or they died them to match the interior, the customer’s choice. About 1975 they started covering them in the same material as chosen for the car. You can install them as is, or cover them to match the interior.

Vauxhall's 200bhp Corsa leads VXR onslaught

The latest VXR runs a turbocharged 1.6-litre developing a thumping 200bhp, spinning the front wheels via a six-speed box. Much of the development work has been carried out at the Nurburgring, which the Corsa has been relentlessly lapping to fine tune the suspension and engine mapping.
Chevrolet to show small SUV at Paris
Mon, 14 May 2012Chevrolet will debut the Trax, a small sport-utility vehicle, at the Paris motor show in September. The Trax uses General Motors' global small platform, shared by vehicles such as the Chevrolet Sonic. The Trax has seating for five people.
Jaguar XF 2.0 litre EcoBoost for China
Tue, 12 Jun 2012Jaguar are to fit the 2.0 litre EcoBoost engine to the XF for the Chinese market as a more affordable entry point for the XF range. Even though Jaguar Land Rover are yet to get official Chinese Government approval for their Joint Venture with Chery, China is already a big market for them and, just like other luxury car makers, they are willing to produce cars just for the China market. According to reports from China, the Jaguar XF is about to get the 2.0 litre EcoBoost engine from the Range Rover Evoque to create a new entry-level Jaguar XF at a more appealing price point.
