Package includes the helmet unit as well as: extra visor, extra cheek pads (bigger than ones currently in the helmet), extra helmet visor hardware, manual, tags, and helmet bag.
The helmet is in great shape and wasn't worn all that much, I purchased this helmet towards the end of my riding career. It has not been dropped or been involved in a crash.
