THIS IS FOR A “PAIR” OF FRONT STRUTS; QUANTITY 2 OF PART #24-186711
- These struts have 4 different ride height settings; 0” (stock ride height), 0.85” average lift, 1.75” average lift and 2.50” average lift.
- These struts utilize the factory strut coil spring, factory upper strut bushings and factory upper strut mount.
- Installation of these struts requires a strut compressor and appropriate tools.
- These struts come with Bilstein’s Patented “Triple C” technology silver zinc plated finish.
- These struts are valved and tuned exclusively for the Toyota models.
- These struts will bolt directly into your factory shock mounts with no modification.
- These struts include a lower coil spring seat, black boot and upper stem nut.

Kode 7 and Kode 9 sports cars star at the Tokyo Motor Show 2013
Thu, 21 Nov 2013One of the best things about being at an international motor show in person is coming across amazing cars you didn’t even know existed – and here at Tokyo 2013, the very best examples of this are the Kode 7 and Kode 9 on the Ken Okuyama Design stand. Absolutely stunning – but that’s hardly a surprise given the man responsible also designed the Enzo Ferrari. The Kode 7 – an evolution of the ko.7 that debuted in Geneva 2008 – appears in Exclusive (silver) and Clubman (red) guises as a lightweight track toy.
McLaren 12C GT Sprint fills the gap between the 12C & GT3
Thu, 11 Jul 2013McLaren 12C GT Sprint (pictured) debuts at Goodwood FoS McLaren has revealed a track car that’s not quite as focused as the 12C GT3 or the Can Am, but a bit more focused than a regular road-going 12C – the McLaren 12C GT Sprint. Built by McLaren’s race car division, the GT Sprint gets the same 616bhp and seven-speed twin clutch gearbox as the regular 12C but with new oil and cooling systems and a new radiator at the front borrowed from the GT3 car, McLaren has had a play with the suspension on the 12C GT Sprint, lowered it by 40mm and fitted racing slicks to make the Sprint a lot firmer and sharper than its road-going sibling. Cosmetically, the GT Sprint gets a new front bumper, a bonnet that looks like it came of the 12C GT3, bigger air ducts and wing louvres and the option of lightweight bodywork and a carbon fibre rear wing to push the price up if you want to spend more.
Taxi To The Stars To Shine At Auction
Fri, 08 Nov 2013CLASSIC car auctioneer, Historics at Brooklands, will be selling a very special London taxi at the end of November. This particular example of a 1935 12/4 Austin Taxi is no ordinary cab though, having transported the rich and famous as part of its role as gust transport for boutique hotel, Blakes, in London’s South Kensington. Plucked from its more humble street life in the 70’s by the hotel’s creator - film star and actress turned hotelier and interior designer - Anouska Hempel (now Lady Weinberg) - the 1935 Austin Taxi Low Loading became the exclusive hotel transport soon after the hotel’s opening, for Blakes’s many famous guests including Ali McGraw, Neil Diamond, Robert Redford, Bob Dylan and Jane Russell.
