Outside measures approx. : 70" (5 ft. 10 in.) length x 20" (1 ft. 8 in.) wide x just under 20" (1 ft. 8 in.) height. Inside measures approx. : {deep part of box} 57 1/4" (4 ft. 9 in) length x 17 1/4" (1 ft. 5 1/4 in.) wide x 18" (1 ft. 6 in.) deep. There is a 5 1/2" lip on either side to fit on a truck. It is sitting on a full size 1998 F150. May fit others. It is a solid box. When you shut the box it does not latch shut. It has been shut by latches and locks. Locks not included. The lid stays open with shocks. Good workable truck tool box. May have some dings/dents/scratches. Some holes where it has been previously bolted on other trucks. Check out my other items! Mon, 02 Dec 2013If you missed out on Volvo's ‘Emotion of Design' Google Hangout, which was broadcast on Volvo's YouTube channel on 28 November, you can relive it here. The Hangout, which featured Volvo's exterior design chief Maximilian Missoni, neuropsychologist Dr David Lewis and Wallpaper magazine's automotive correspondent Jonathan Bell, discussed the results of the Swedish carmaker's experiment to measure the emotional response to the Volvo Concept Coupé – among other things – using an electroencephalographic (EEG) machine. Participants were asked to rate a series of images while wearing an EEG headset measuring brainwave activity, with results showing that car design and emotions were inexorably linked.

Mon, 11 Jul 2011I'm a sucker for a four-door Alfa, and this bright red Berlina 2000 posted by our friends at Bring a Trailer has yours truly all aflutter this morning. Formerly owned by an Alfa Romeo employee in the United States, this car shows just a tick less than 89,000 original miles and wears fresh paint as of a few years ago. The seller, himself an Alfisti, claims that the gauges and mechanicals are all in correct working order, and the original factory air conditioning apparently operates as well as it did when new--which likely isn't very well, but still, it makes an interesting conversation piece.
