Subset of 10 ( numbers 1 thru 9 plus special card sp1) Autographed Carroll Shelby  "Chronicles"  MiniSeries Collector Cards with SILVER COBRA foil stamped on the front of 8 of the 10 cards.  All 10 cards are signed by Carroll Shelby! Click on each picture #2 thru #11 for a close-up view of signature!!   This sub-set chronicles the life of Carroll Shelby and was designed to capture the spirit of Shelby....the man, and Shelby the automobile. This Mini Series is an introduction to the achievements of Carroll Shelby and is a reminder of the excitement he, and his cars have generated!  These cards were were produced in 1993 by Performance Years Quality Card Co. They have been kept in protective sleeves and are in excelllent condition.  Shipping Priority Mail 5.15. Shipping Insurance available. 

NOTE: THE FOIL STAMPED COBRA CARDS WERE PRINTED IN VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES IN BOTH GOLD AND SILVER.  THEY WERE RANDOMLY INSERTED IN SOME OF THE PACKS.  ONLY THE GOLD FOIL STAMPED COBRAS WERE SIGNED BY CARROLL SHELBY BEFORE INSERTION!  THE SILVER COBRAS WERE NOT SIGNED BEFORE INSERTION!  HOWEVER, THIS SILVER SET WAS SIGNED BY CARROLL SHELBY IN 1994 FOR AUCTION AT THE SHELBY/MUSTANG CAR SHOW, IN LAS VEGAS, TO BENEFIT "THE CARROLL SHELBY HEART FOUNDATION FOR CHILDREN". Jordan sells off Formula One collection

FORMULA ONE commentator and former team boss Eddie Jordan is selling off his collection of racing cars and memorabilia to raise money for charity. The sale includes the very first Jordan F1 car that driven by Michael Schumacher. It comes complete with the German driver’s original racing helmet that Schumacher signed and gave to Eddie Jordan as a souvenir.

Infiniti LE Concept

Infiniti's new LE Concept, a zero-emissions luxury sedan, has been unveiled at this year's New York auto show. The LE Concept, which is approximately the same length as an the brand's G Sedan, features Infiniti design cues such as the double-arch grille, crescent-cut C-pillar and a strong shoulder line surface. Design features such as the aluminum-alloy wheels with aero treatment, the high rear deck, rear aero diffuser and aero side fin spoilers with integrated illumination contribute to the coefficient of drag of 0.25.

Electric Kia Soul planned for 2014

Kia has revealed that they will offer a battery electric version of the next generation Kia Soul when it arrives in 2014. Hyundai may have seen the light and decided the future for cars lies with hydrogen fuel cell cars and not battery electric cars, but sister company Kia thinks differently. It seems an odd polarity for the Korean siblings to take different routes to the future of powertrains for cars, but perhaps it’s just a case of hedging bets rather than an inability by Kia to see how impractical the BEV is as a replacement for a normal ICE car?
