This thing is neet! It is a consometer gas mileage tester you mount to your dashboard and plumb into the existing fuel line, hook up to a vacuum source and that's all. The instructions are with it and the unit itself is in perfect condition. The original box comes with it but is in poor shape due to its age. This would be perfect on your antique car/truck or a rat rod, but its also just a cool thing for display in your man cave. Please ask any questions if you have them. I don't know how old it is but I would think it goes back to pre WW2. Good luck bidding!

Is the Citroen DS6 on its way after all?

Sat, 15 Feb 2014

The Citroen Numero 9 Concept (pictured) perhaps previews the new DS6 There have been very strong hints from Citroen for some time that the end of the Citroen C6 wasn’t the end of bigger Citroens, even if big Citroens have a history of only really selling well in France. That always made sense because Citroen now has a new market that appreciates bigger cars, particularly bigger cars that have smaller engines, and that’s China. We thought a DS6 was on its way in 2012 when  Citrone revealed a teaser photo on its Facebook page.

Meet the Porsche Macan small SUV

Thu, 16 Feb 2012

The small Porsche SUV that goes on sale about 18 months will wear the Macan nameplate, the German automaker said on Thursday. Until now, the SUV project had been known by the code name Cajun, created from the concept of “Cayenne Junior.” Porsche says Macan is “derived from the Indonesian word for tiger and combines suppleness, power, fascination and dynamics.” The Porsche Macan will share a platform with the Audi Q5 and will be built at the Porsche plant in Leipzig, Germany, that now builds the Cayenne. Porsche is spending $650 million to expand the Leipzig plant, adding a body shop and a paint shop.

Mercedes Ener-G-Force concept

Mon, 19 Nov 2012

The Mercedes Ener-G-Force concept is Benz’s answer to the 2012 LA Design Challenge brief to create the "Highway Patrol Vehicle 2025". As the name suggests, the large SUV is also a hint towards a future redesign of the classic Geländewagen G-Wagen/G-Class. Graphically this is most evident around the Ener-G-Force’s DRG with its dark mask incorporating deep-set lamps (here with ‘G’ lamp graphics), a surprisingly traditional Mercedes grille and characteristic fender-top turn signals.
