The XENOMIX placing stand has the functions of pivoting, elevating, tilting and reciprocating; the pivoting function enables the user to pivot the device screen up to 360°, the elevating function enables the user to control the height, the tilting function enables the user to tilt the device to directions of front, rear, left and right and the last reciprocating function enables the user to reciprocate the device back and forth with a built-in gear of frontward and backward motion. The combined uses of these functions provide the customers with the optimum angle for eyesight.
In addition, owing to the strong absorption and cohesion incidental to the adoption of 3M-GEL PAD, it is possible to handle the coarse surface of dashboard. After being improved from dial-fixed type which is the existing absorption method to lever-fixed type, it is possible to manipulate more easily. Besides, the absorption area of GEL PAD was doubled, causing the power of cohesion and absorption much stronger, so it is also possible to fix the device more safely.

For its new RCZ coupe, Peugeot in the UK has been running a social media campaign under the strap line "It chooses you", with associated Twitter and Facebook accounts – which culminated with a member of the public winning an RCZ last week. For auto designers, there was little interest in the campaign up until last week, when Peugeot put RCZ designer Boris Reinmöller behind a computer terminal and opened him up to a public Q+A session through its Twitter account.
