CORE REQUIRMENTS:
Full core credit of your deposit will be issued if:
• Cores are returned within 10 days of product ship-out date
• Cores are in original condition i.e. no external/cosmetic body damage
• Cores contain all internal components
Denial or partial core credit of your deposit will be issued if:
• Cores are damaged and/or lost during transit (you are responsible for transit damage)
• Broken/missing solenoid dividers
• Broken/missing electrical connecting studs
• Missing/damaged nozzles
• Missing external components
• Missing internal components
• Core tampering or suspected dis-assembly/assembly
• Cores are returned past 10-days of product ship-out date
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. RETURNS ARE SEPARATE FROM WARRANTY POLICY. 15% restocking fee applies. After inspection of the return, if the item has been installed; item will be sent back to customer at their expense. Customer pays for return shipping charges. Seller will pay for replacement shipping. We will assume no liability for damages caused in transit. RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNUSED AND UNINSTALLED.

DFW Injector LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY-DFW Injector, issues the following warranty on all DfW Injector products. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product only, unless approved of in writing by DFW Injector. Our product is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of ONE YEAR WITH UNLIMITED MILEAGE from the original purchase date. The obligation of DFW Injector under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit. Repair or replacement of the unit shall be at the sole discretion of DFW Injector. The defective unit must be returned within 15 days of the failure date to be considered for warranty.Any product that is not installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines is not covered under any warranty by DFW Injector. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. All obligations or liabilities of DFW Injector are expressly disclaimed, including but not limited to claims for R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience cost.Our product is intended to be installed by the purchaser of DFW Injector product. Any damage or defect caused by a third party installer is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser of the product. In addition, DFW Injector is not responsible for any R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience cost relative to third party installers of our product.DFW Injector assumes no liability or responsibility for pump failure that are the result of the use of fuels and/or additives not approved by the original manufacturer of the engine and/or vehicle.This warranty does not apply to any part or unit that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than DFW Injector. Nor, to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or damage from foreign material such as water or dirt. This warranty will only be honored at the facilities of DFW Injector.
