★ Ford T9 Type 9 5spd Manual Transmission Merkur XR4Ti Locost Se7en MG T-9 ★ Good used T9 from a 1986 Merkur XR4Ti with 48k miles. This car was basically left under a tree since the late 90's. I actually tried to buy the car in 2000 but the owner had big plans for it at the time. Fast forward to 2016 and it shows up in the local pull-a-part with the same 48k miles on the odometer and the 2.3T engine removed. This car has been dormant for the last 17-20 years and I believe the 48k on the odometer to be accurate based on the excellent condition interior parts that were also removed. Shifter included as shown. Bellhousing bolts included as shown. The neutral start switch and the reverse light switch were no good, but I will put them back in just so there are not 2 holes exposed. This will be shipped with little-to-no fluid, so please remember to fill up before installing. These T9s take special synthetic fluid - not regular gear oil or ATF. We are the only place in the US that stocks the special Ford fluid. We also have new and used switches, wiring harness for the switches, speedo cables, etc.

Mercedes GLA goes in to production in Germany
Sat, 07 Dec 2013The Mercedes GLA (pictured) goes in to production The new Mercedes GLA – Mercedes’ latest spin-off from the A Class – arrived at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September as an urban SUV come Crossover, extending Mercedes reach in the premium compact sector with a serious competitor in the urban SUV market. With the growing fondness for high-riding cars – and something that’s a bit butch too – the SUV/Crossover take on the Mercedes A Class is a sound way to go and now, with production starting in Germany this week of the new GLA, Mercedes is getting close to having the GLA in customers’ hands. The first GLAs to get in to the hands of customers will probably be the GLA Edition 1 – a launch model with plenty of toys – but the model that will perhaps be most interesting is the GLA 45 AMG, with the promise of the same rufty-tufty compact SUV goodness as the rest of the range but with the 4WD platform and high performance 2.0 litre Turbo from the A 45 AMG.
Novitec Alfa Romeo 8C Spider adds boost for a sensuous 600 hp
Wed, 04 May 2011Novitec has laid hands on the near-perfect Alfa Romeo 8C to create the 8C Spider Kompressor, a car the tuner claims is the “most powerful street-legal Alfa Romeo of all time.” Heady words, but they're nicely backed up by a supercharged version of the 4.7-liter Alfa V8 cranking out 600 hp and 434 lb-ft of torque. That's up from approximately 450 hp and 346 lb-ft on a stock Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. Tweaks supporting the force-fed mill include a water-to-air intercooler, custom injectors and revised fuel and ignition mapping, plus a variable stainless-steel exhaust system.
McLaren P1 (2013) official performance figures announced
Tue, 26 Feb 2013McLaren has finally revealed the price and performance figures for its P1 supercar. The hybrid P1 will launch from 0-62mph in less than three seconds, hit 124mph in under seven seconds, and reach 186mph in around 17 seconds, according to McLaren's official figures. The P1's top speed is electronically limited to 217mph.
