All XLBRAKE brake pads are warranted against all workmanship and material defects, for ONE YEAR WARRANTY.

 WARRANTY TERM   

The warranty of XLBRAKE Brake pads covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Warranty is for replacement of similar product or refund of purchase value only, excluding all labor and ancillary charges such as collection, fitting, inconvenience, purchasing of other manufacturers products. There is absolutely no warranty on any XLBRAKE products for race use. XLBRAKE brake pads are manufactured for smooth and noise free braking. However some brake pad systems cause pads to wear faster than others. Warranty does not cover brake noise or normal wear and tear. Drivers must assess the performance and durability of XLBRAKE Brakes products themselves, if any XLBRAKE product is to be used in racing.  RETURNS TERM  

We offer 30 days return policy starting the day the buyer receives the item. Items being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc to receive refund. All shipping expenses including duty and/or customs fees will be paid by the buyer and there will be a 15% restocking fee for returns. We will pay for the shipping and not charge you the 15% stocking  fee if we shipped out the wrong item.
