Many buyers are not aware of how the Feedback/scoring system REALLY works. Therefore if you leave a seller a 4, you are going to lower that 4.8 score and it's considered a failure...Even though they might have 100% feedback. Ebay can start taking the money that our buyers pay us and holding it for weeks or worse tell us we can't sell anymore because of low feedback scores OR for people filing cases against us. People who have a problem with an item need to know that it's always best to contact the seller. If your issue still goes unresolved then file a complaint with Ebay. GM's Henderson says no decision yet on bankruptcy
Fri, 17 Apr 2009General Motors CEO Fritz Henderson said today the company has not decided whether to file for bankruptcy protection, but that preparations continue in case such an action is necessary. "We have until June 1, and if we can't do it between now and June 1 then we do it in bankruptcy," Henderson said during a morning teleconference with journalists. Still in his first month at the helm after the March 30 departure of CEO Rick Wagoner, Henderson said he wasn't sure who would make the decision.
