GM envisions future city car with EN-V concepts
Wed, 24 Mar 2010The city car of the future will seat two people, run on electric power and communicate with other vehicles to reach a destination faster while automatically avoiding traffic tie-ups and crashes. General Motors, working with electric-scooter maker Segway, has developed three concepts tailored toward that vision of future transportation. The Electric Networked Vehicle, or EN-V, concepts go on display May 1 at the World Expo in Shanghai.
Supermarkets cut petrol prices
Wed, 30 Oct 2013MOTORISTS have received some late-autumn cheer in the form of supermarket cuts to the price of petrol. Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco all announced that reductions would take effect from today. Asda said that no one filling up at its forecourts would pay more than 126.7p a litre for petrol from today , with diesel priced at 133.7p.

Fri, 03 Aug 2012Harrods is hosting a ‘Korea Loves London – Innovation and Technology 2012’ exhibition and the centrepiece of the window display is a Hyundai Veloster. This isn’t the first time Hyundai has had a spot in a Harrods window. Two years ago, when the Hyundai ix35 was fresh and new, Hyundai took over a window at Harrods to show off its compact SUV to the visiting shoppers, perhaps in the hope one or two would grab one for the Nanny.
