Another Paris motor show attendee has been confirmed today: the lower, sleeker, altogether less mumsy 2012 Kia Carens. Ex-Audi design guru Peter Schreyer looks to have treated the Carens to the now-trademark Kia grille and more European-style design, but all we've got to go on so far are these rather 'negative' teaser images from Kia. Bertone Nuccio

Bertone will launch its latest car, the Nuccio at the 2012 Geneva motor show. The car has been built for an individual private buyer, and named after Giuseppe Bertone whose nickname was Nuccio. Bertone says the car's surface language is representative of the brand's future identity, whilst the low, angular silhouette is an echo of the wedge shaped cars that helped define the design house.

First SRT Viper sells for $300,000 at California auction

The first 2013 SRT Viper sold for $300,000 at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Costa Mesa, Calif., on June 23. The final price made the Viper the top seller of the event. Proceeds from the sale will go to the Austin Hatcher Foundation, which helps families and children affected by pediatric cancer.
