2013 Mercedes E63 AMG revealed in new E Class family photo

Mercedes has revealed the new E63 AMG in an official photo of the 2013 E Class family ahead of a Detroit Auto Show debut. We’ve already had the reveal of the facelift for the Mercedes E Class Saloon and Estate in December, followed by news earlier this month on the new E-Class Coupe and Convertible. But one facelift for the 2013 Mercedes E Class range was missing – the facelift for the mighty E63 AMG.

Opel hires 2011 CDN-Opel/Vauxhall Interactive Design Competition winner

Opel has taken on the winner of last year's Car Design News – Opel/Vauxhall Interactive Design Competition, Victor Uribe, to work as the latest addition to its creative design team. Uribe, a Transportation Design graduate from Istituto Europeo Di Design in Turin, Italy, emerged as the winner in the exterior design category for his submission, ‘Lounge in Motion', and won himself a six-month internship at the Opel/Vauxhall's European Design Studio in Rüsselsheim, Germany.
