Clearing out some of my old parts & restored caps in cleaning out the garage.
Offered is :
1969 - 73 Mustang Original Gas cap - It has been buffed , and cleaned - came out very well.
This is another very nice piece from my collection. This cap does have flaws but they are VERY minor for the age - some small pin marks in the chrome around the edge. and there is 1 very small pucker in the chrome near the plastic insert at about 2 'clock. The Plastic insert is virtually scratch free though the pattern around the edge does have discolorations of the chrome coloring inside the plastic , most being in the 10 - 2 o'clock range - may show in pictures? inside of the cap cleaned up very well.
The cap has the original Motorcraft stamp , thus making it correct for 72 - 73 as they had Autolite caps form 69 - 71

But now, with a reveal of the new S Class just a couple of months off, we have the first photos of the interior of the new S Class showing a car that keeps much of the layout of the current S Class but adds in more curves, more technology, a more modern look and a more upmarket feel than ever before. The cabin flows from the screen in to the doors in the same sort of seamless way it does an the Jaguar XJ – where it makes the cabin feel more spacious – the instrument panel is a huge digital display, the seats are differently contoured and trimmed, there seems to be more room, better lighting and an altogether more upmarket feel for Mercedes range topper.

Known to insiders by its code name, “C190” the two-seat coupe has been conceived to follow in the wheel tracks of the four-year-old SLS at the head of the German carmaker's lineup, aiming to challenge the heady performance and everyday driving appeal of the latest Porsche 911 Turbo at a price that insiders suggest will be in the region of $160,000 when North American sales begin in early 2015. Originally, AMG's new front-engined sports car was tipped to revive the iconic SLC name first used by the SL coupe back in 1971.
