*Mercury/Quick Silver 883720A23 Gen II Platinum Throttle & Shift Cable *

This is old stock in the box. Came from a boat dealership that closed their doors. Was scheduled for a warranty replacement and never installed, so it may even be new. Slides freely back and forth in the cable sleeve and the ends look great.

It is quite possibly that this cable will fit other boat and engine models.

Porsche releases accessories for owners who want to upgrade

Mon, 10 May 2010

Porsche is making it possible for owners of older cars to add some modern- or classic-looking equipment. The classic look comes from the availability of 19-inch wheels styled to replicate the look of the Fuchs rims used on the 911 Sport Classic in 1966. The wheel's five spokes are painted black with a silver look to the outer rim and the Porsche logo in color on the wheel hub.

BMW and Toyota have agreed to jointly engineer and produce a new sports car as part of a broad-reaching technical partnership that is also set to center on lightweight construction solutions, fuel-cell development and hybrid powertrains. The announcement of the deal builds on an existing agreement for the supply of BMW diesel engines for various Toyota models, agreed to in December 2011. That was advanced with the signing of a memorandum by BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer and Toyota chairman Akio Toyoda in Munich, Germany, on Friday.
