IT HAS NICE NEW NUMBERS ON THE BAR, SPEED WHEEL HAS NICE NEW NUMBERS. THEN RESET TO ALL "0" THE RIGHT WAY. HAS A NICE FACE PLATE, NEW LENS & SEAL, AN A NICE NICKEL BEZEL. HAS  BEEN CALIBRATED AN BENCH TESTED AT 25-35-40-50 AND 60 mph. VERY NICE  FOR SHOW OR DRIVER. IF YOU BUY THE SPEEDOMETER I CAN RESET IT YOU YOUR READING IF YOU LIKE.
