The Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, has prepared a special exhibit celebrating 60 years of Porsches in the United States. The exhibit will include a prototype Porsche 356 Speedster, a 356 America Roadster and a 550 Spyder. It will open on Oct.

Producer Michael Mann, best known for hits such as Heat, Ali and more recently, Public Enemies, is in talks with 20th Century Fox to develop and potentially direct a movie based on the A. J. Baime book Go Like Hell, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The McLaren P1 XP2R (pictured) caught at the Nurburgring The McLaren P1 is pretty much out in the open, and has even had it’s dynamic debut – in the hands of Jenson Button – at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. So why is there a McLaren P1 blatting round the Nurburgring wearing a small badge that says ‘XP2R’? Is this a ‘special’ P1; perhaps the first hint that McLaren are going to produce an even more extreme P1?
