Mopar Smallblock: MP Timing Chain Tensioner
Extends chain life, improves timing accuracy, allows higher RPM

Here's a new Mopar Performance Timing Chain tensioner for Smallblock Mopars, 273, 318, 340, and 360 CID. Simply bolts on in place of the cam sprocket thrust plate (which is no longer needed). Keeps chain taut and timing (valve and ignition) steady and accurate. Built-in chain oiler tab. A must-have for any Mopar Smallblock build.

Silver linings: Saab and Mitsubishi see sales grow in May

Despite the company’s financial troubles, Saab sales are steadily increasing in 2011, with April and May numbers up 190 percent and 121 percent, respectively, from the same months last year. The Swedish automaker reported 385 units sold this May, versus 155 the year prior. So far this year, Saab has sold 2,765 vehicles, compared with 954 at the same point last year.

Renault Alpine A110-50 concept photo leaked

Just days before the public reveal of the Renault Alpine A110-50 concept at the Monaco Grand Prix, a leaked image has hit the Web. Eerily similar to the Renault DeZir concept from the 2010 Paris motor show, the A110-50 is a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Renault Alpine A110. According to the United Kingdom's Car magazine, the A110-50 will have a mid-engine V6 with roughly 400 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque.
