Nissan sales rise, Infiniti drops in April

Sales of Nissan brand cars rose in April, but the Infiniti luxury division posted a decline for the month. Nissan-division sales were 64,765 units in April, up 14.5 percent compared with a year ago. For the year to date, Nissan sales are up 23.4 percent.

They took with them the usual holiday toys, but they remembered to pack a nice new Jaguar XFR, with a few mods necessary to run at Bonneville (roll cage, fire extinguishers, etc). They had a little fiddle with the ECU to derestrict it (and yield 600bhp) but, it is claimed, made no further mods apart from adding a spoiler at the back to stop the XFR taking off on the Salt Flats’ wide open spaces. 2015 Subaru WRX STI pictures leaked before Detroit reveal

Pictures of the upcoming 2015 Subaru WRX STI leaked online at Zero 2 Turbo on Wednesday. The top Impreza looks tough, sporting classic gold wheels, a high wing and a rally-blue paint job. Details haven't been revealed yet, but we expect the new STI to have nearly the same power as last year's: about 300 hp from a 2.5-liter boxer four.
