Ford will debut a new S-Max Concept at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. As the name suggests, this previews a future replacement for the current S-Max ‘sports activity vehicle’ – the people carrier that does everything it can to avoid having you feel like you’re driving a people carrier… We’ve been given a sneak peak of the new MPV at a special pre-Frankfurt event in Dusseldorf – and if the thought of a sporty new S-Max gets your heart racing, don’t worry: this concept comes with an app for that. Ford to slash price of Focus Electric by $4,000 for 2014

Ford will be reducing the price of its Ford Focus electric by $4,000 for the 2014 model year, InsideEVs.com is reporting. The 10 percent price cut will lower the starting MSRP from $39,995 (including a $795 destination charge) down to $35,995. This move by Ford is seen as an attempt to keep the electric car competitive since its release back in 2011.

Liberal Petrolhead. Oxymoron? Not any more

Which I suppose is the price we pay for allowing the Conservatives to become Labour Lite instead of having real conviction politicians. Still, it throws up some interesting conflicts.
