Brand new K&S kill switch for Yamaha YZ/WR dirt bikes. Should work on just about any dirt bike or ATV that uses a push button kill switch. Check with your dealer. The package has never been opened but oddly enough the button is installed in the switch with the writing upside down. Shouldn't effect performance of the switch any. Either cool or odd...depends on how you look at it. Must have been made on a Friday. The switch is brand new and in the original unopened package. Direct plug in for 2005 and later Yamaha YZ/WR bikes. Replaces Yamaha part number 1C3-83976-00-00.  100% satisfaction guaranteed! Click on  the "shipping and payments"  tab above for return policy details. THANK YOU.

NADA asks U.S. to suspend clunkers program

Thu, 20 Aug 2009

National Automobile Dealers Association officials asked the government to suspend the cash-for-clunkers program because a survey by the group found that the $3 billion fund has been exhausted, NADA Chairman John McEleney said. "We asked them to put a halt to the program--I think we said 'very soon'--but a suspension at midnight tonight would make sense," McEleney said in an interview Wednesday. "Our survey opened the eyes of the Transportation Department." A suspension would allow dealers to submit all pending claims and permit the government to process them so that a precise determination could be made of how much money, if any, is left in the program, he said.

UK car tax rises 'won't work'

Thu, 29 May 2008

By Tim Pollard Motoring Issues 29 May 2008 10:56 The UK Government's proposed tax rises won't deter drivers from picking a high-CO2 car, new research by CAR reveals. We surveyed more than 1000 motorists and asked if the new charges – quadrupling the annual tax bill for some cars – would put them off so-called gas guzzlers. Surprisingly, 76 percent of drivers said it wouldn't deter them one jot.
