These are Vintage Champion Spark Plugs in their original Blister Packs sweetventidk1989sweetventidk1989sweetventidk1989They have never been used, and were made in the USA. They have been out of production for many years and are harder and harder to locate.


I opened (1) of the Blister Packs   so you can see the condition and quality of these NOS Spark Plugs. Each plug comes with (2) factory packed, removable Terminal Post screw on adapters (see the photos). The screw on terminals gives you the option of clamping your ignition wire / cable or slipping / pressing its boot over the Terminal.


You will receive (3) NOS Spark Plugs as in the photos, in their NOS factory packaging.

My Vintage NOS Spark Plugs may be between 40-50+ years of age. The packaging, which house the plugs, may show typical or various signs of shelf-wear.  These particular spark plugs come in their factory sealed Blister Packs. Some packages may be torn, split and / or taped. The plugs are in very good NOS condition.

Christopher Reitz has been appointed to the top job at Alfa Romeo, replacing Frank Stephenson as Director of Design. A relative of Wolfgang Porsche, Christopher Reitz graduated from Art Center Europe in Switzerland and began his career at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg in 1993. Reitz joined Audi in Ingolstadt from 1996 to 1998, where he was in charge of Advance Design.

17,000 solar panels to power Toyota’s Derbyshire plant

Toyota’s manufacturing plant at Burnaston in Derbyshire, where the Auris and Avensis are built, will install the biggest solar panel system yet seen in a UK car plant.  British Gas, which will stump up the £10 million cost of installing the solar panels, and Toyota are working together to save 2000 tonnes of CO2 emissions a year. Once the solar panels are installed, they claim it will save enough energy to build approximately 7000 cars a year.
