New, made in the USA, have never been used, and have no rust !! They have been out of
production for many years and are harder and harder to locate. Mopar spark plugs were manufactured by Champion;

which house the plugs, may show typical or various signs of shelf-wear as it is a paper product. However, when you open the inner boxes you
