Here are some original factory windshield lower support clips, they were used to hold up the windshield. These are hard to find because they tended to rust out. These were used for the 68-72 GM A body cars.  There will be 2 for a set in this auction, just a little light surface rust from years of use here in Arizona, not pitted. Nice parts for that correct restoration.  If you find some other parts that will fit in the small flat rate box, I can combine the shipping in a small flat rate box. I do not ship less because of the min insurance and tracking that comes with this box. AN envelope will not be safe enough for these hard to find clips. Thanks,Joe

Volvo S60 Teaser Images

Mon, 24 Nov 2008

Volvo is the latest car maker to play tease with concept shots of their new cars, this time with the Volvo S60 for 2010. I’m really not sure that teaser shots work as a marketing ploy (which, let’s face it, is all they are). For a start, 9 out of 10 of the concept shots we see bear nothing more than a passing resemblance to the final car.

AS part of the MX-5’s 25th birthday celebrations, Mazda has released a limited edition version of its iconic roadster. The MX-5 Roadster Coupe 2.0-litre 25th Anniversary Limited Edition hits the showrooms in August and, to ensure its limited run status, just 1,000 individually numbered examples will be built. Crucially, in a testament to Britain's enduring love affair with open-topped motoring 750 units will be made available to UK customers, with number one being unveiled at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed on 26-29th June.

AT a glittering launch event in London Jaguar treated the assembled media to a succession of theatrical and musical acts ahead of the main event – the long-awaited unveiling of its new XE compact executive saloon. The new car is a big deal for Jaguar, as it allows the Brit car maker to go head-to-head with the likes of BMW, Audi and Mercedes in the fiercely competitive compact executive market. Jaguar’s XE is tasked with showcasing a range of new technology that’s expected to be rolled out to other models in the coming years.
